Key Job Responsibilities

1. To visit in the banks to take new NPA cases in our company’s name for recovery.
2. To assign the work to the subordinate staff and monitor them on daily basis.
3. To take the reporting from their staff by email/as per company norms.
4. To visit the banks to know about the bankers’ feedback about our staff’s working.
5. To visit defaulting borrowers (high value) for pressurizing them to pay the Banks dues and further follow-up with them for settlement with the To know their borrowers financial position and willingness to pay the bank’s dues & assess the market value/status of the property mortgaged. To Visit their mortgaged property for survey and knowing its status, market value, occupancy etc, and take its photo for company and Bank reporting purpose.
6. In case borrower does not deposit any money (within limited time), push the process further for seizing the mortgaged property (with police and magistrate’ help) after obtaining DM’s orders (legal process).
7. Finding buyers for the property, assist the Bank in auctioning the same and recovering the banks
8. Raising the bills to banks (from our Delhi office) and getting our
9. To call the banker to know the status of each case and remove hurdle (if any) and move forward to push the cases towards finality.
10. Thereby help in growing the business in the area allocated.

Required Candidate profile

1. Minimum 2-4 year of relevant experience.
2. Must be having leadership qualities to handle team of 5-7 staff.
3. Should have a vehicle to commute
4. Excellent communication in regional language.
5. Should be willing to travel to different locations across state.
6. IIBF Certified candidates are first preferable.
7. Should have working experience on Email communication, MS Word/ MS Excel (basic working knowledge).

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month

Key Job Responsibilities

1. To make efforts for sale of properties, looking for potential customers for property
2. Posting of properties on all the property websites and monitoring the responses and answering their questions
3. Promoting properties thru mails and database of HNI and property dealers and explaining them about the process of participation in e-auction.
4. To arrange meetings of interested parties with the bankers and to help them participate in auction of properties.
5. Drafting of mails giving description of properties and sending the mail to a database of HNI and area wise property dealers.
6. Visiting property location and contacting property dealers in that area and making an arrangement with them for effective sale of the property.
7. . Regular Weekly reporting to Senior Management for all the properties under sale and marketing efforts made so far.
8. Visiting / marketing in Banks for empanelment and SARFAESI CASES for recovery of Bank’s dues.
9. Visit the banks/branches for procurement of cases
10. Visit the locality of Mortgaged Property and survey about the present market value of the Property and to know what amount can be recovered by sale of the property.
11. To find prospective customers for the property mortgaged.

Required Candidate profile

1. Minimum 2 year in real estate sales.
2. Should have a vehicle to commute.
3. Excellent communication in English.
4. Should have working experience on Email communication, MS Word/ MS Excel (basic working knowledge).

Salary: 20K – 25 K Per Month
